Description
The Keeper 12 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant 1.5 in. Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a black molded grip ratchet, sewn-in soft tie with D-Ring and vinyl-coated double J-hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull strap over cargo load and tug to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
