It is a heavy-duty aluminum commercial door closer that complies with ANSI A156.4, UL/ULC listed up to 3 hour fire rated. The DC100188 has a fixed spring tension, size 3. Cast aluminum. Spring power is adjustable 1-4 sized or fixed 2, 3 or 4. Fits same hole pattern as Norton 1600 or Yale 50 series.
