Tell Manufacturing's 500 Series Door Closer is designed for interior commercial use. It is a Grade 3 heavy-duty aluminum commercial door closer that complies with ANSI A156.4, UL/ULC listed up to 3 hour fire rated. The DC100036 has a fixed spring tension, size 4.
Forged steel, accommodates reveals up to 3-1/4 inch adjustable extension arm
Adjustable hydraulic providing cushioning and preventing uncontrolled openings of the door
Fits same hole pattern as Norton 1600 or Yale 50 series
9-1/16 inch horizontal and 3/4 inch vertical mounting hole locations
Tri-pack regular, top jamb and parallel arm applications
