    • Description
    The Eastman 1/2-IN OD gas log connector kit is designed to connect most major brands of gas log kits to a shut-off valve. The connector is certified for use with most gas logs with gas ratings up to 85,000 BTUs. A black epoxy coating is used to make it easier to hide the gas connector in places where it may be visible such as a fireplace or gas space heater. The Black DuraCoat Epoxy Coating provides extra protection from corrosion, chemical stains from common household products, and UV rays and is approved for indoor/outdoor use. This kit includes (1) 24-IN 1/2-IN OD epoxy-coated gas connector, (1) 3/8-IN MIP (Tapped 1/4-IN FIP) fitting, (1) 1/2-IN MIP (Tapped 3/8-IN FIP) fitting, (1) 1/2-IN FIP fitting, (1) leak detector solution, (1) thread sealant.
