It contains Bitrex, a bitter tasting, anti-ingestant, which deters children from oral contact. Lead Block conforms to the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Public Health - 13931 and meets the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development H.U.D.
