Description
The Strong-Drive SDWS timber screw is specifically designed for structural wood to wood/wood to EWP connections, including ledgers and is also ideal for a wide variety of projects where a high-strength attachment is needed. Its partially threaded shank and aggressive thread pattern pull members tight. This structural fastener has a patented SawTooth point and mid-shaft knurls that provide faster starts and less driving torque. With these features, this 0.315 in thread outer diameter (0.22 in shank diameter) fastener is easy-to-drive and its corrosion-resistant coating makes it suitable for many interior and exterior installations. With lengths ranging from 3 to 16 in and with great load ratings, the SDWS Timber Screw is the ideal solution for a variety of structural fastener applications.
