Simply place a lifter into a Dutch oven with tabs over the pan sides, add the shaped dough for a second rise, cover the pan with the lid leaving the tabs over the sides, and bake according to the recipe. Once done, use the tabs to lift out the loaf from the pan. Allow the liner to cool completely before cleaning.
