Square cut lefse rolling pin. It's called square cut because the intersecting of the grooves causes little square surfaces. This pin works great for making potato lefse but is also popular for making hard anger lefse. You will need to prep your square cut rolling pin with flour (pack into all the grooves) between each sheet of lefse. Many lefse cooks use rolling pin covers with their lefse pins.
