It is a Grade 3 heavy-duty aluminum commercial door closer that complies with ANSI A156.4, UL/ULC listed up to 3 hour fire rated. The DC100039 has a fixed spring tension, size 5 spring. Fits same hole pattern as Norton 1600 or Yale 50 series. Standard-duty. Spring power is fixed 2, 3 or 4.
