Fast-drying formula offers superior strength to prevent water seepage and can be applied to wet or dry surfaces with non-yellowing durability. The first coat application primes and seals the surface, then the second (topcoat) completes the sealing process to ensure protection against water intrusion and mildew growth on the paint film.
  • Guaranteed to stop up to 34 lbs of water pressure for 5 years
  • Ideal for interior/exterior above and below grade surfaces including concrete, stucco, cement, cinder block and other masonry
