Tuff Coat concrete stain/enamel is a low VOC water reducible acrylic concrete stain with great film properties, formulated to provide a low sheen and hard protective finish. There are 13 factory colors and tint bases to make any custom color. Tuff Coat is ideal for its intended uses and easy to apply.
