Prepares surfaces for carpet, rubber, wood flooring and other materials. Can also be used on walls and ceilings. Ready to mix with water or DAP bonding liquid/floor leveler additive. Note: Not for use under vinyl sheet goods. Use concrete floor leveler & patch or concrete patcher and resurface.
