Description
3M Performance Plus wire connectors R/Y+ are constructed to work with a wire range between 2 #18 to 2 #8 AWG. The connectors feature a uniquely flexible spring that provides ample expansion capacity and a strong, reliable grip. Their expanded cable range allows three Performance Plus connectors to replace eight standard connectors, improving convenience at work by using fewer parts for a larger number of wire combinations. In addition, the flexible skirt helps reduce copper exposure for enhanced reliability and the connectors are UL Listed for 600 V on copper wire. 3M Performance Plus Wire Connectors R/Y+, along with the other products in the product suite, help electricians make clean, reliable connections quickly and efficiently. The connectors simplify splicing by providing a solution that helps provide a secure termination without stripping or twisting wires. To meet your specific installation requirements, they are available in five color and wire range options, including O/B+ (orange/blue) 2 #22 to 3 #12 AWG, T/Y+ (tan/yellow) 2 #22 to 3 #12 AWG, R/Y+ (red/yellow) 2 #18 to 2 #8 AWG, T/R+ (tan/red) 2 #18 to 5 #12 AWG and B/G+ (blue/gray) 4 #14 to 6 #10 AWG.
